There are two Departments organized within the Infrastructure sector:

- Department of Civil Engineering (Phone: +387 53 209 023)
- Department of Electrical Engineering

The Department of Civil Engineering consists of two Services:
- Superstructure Service (Phone: +387 53 241 861)
- Substructure Service (Phone: +387 53 241 861)

These two Services - along with the following two Sections :
- Section ZOP Doboj (track maintenance), located in Doboj (Phone: +387 53 241 813)
- Section ZOP Banja Luka , located in Banja Luka (+387 51 317 286)

- maintain the railway infrastructure, i.e. tracks and the accompanying facilities where Railways of the Republic of Srpska operate on approximately 400km of the open track.

The Department of Electrical Engineering consists of the following two Sections:
- Section ETP Doboj (electrical engineering), located in Doboj (Phone: +387 53 209 003, Fax: +387 53 241 813)
- Section ETP Banja Luka, located in Banja Luka.
